How it works

Coaching packages are comprised of six one-on-one sessions with Sandra or another member of our team, with the option to renew as often as necessary. Scheduling is flexible and will be determined at the beginning of the coaching relationship.

Though coaching is customized for each individual, our approach includes: 

  1. A comprehensive assessment to gauge your starting point

  2. Collaboratively identifying your goals, and creating a plan to reach them

  3. Digging deep to identify the root cause of your challenges and roadblocks

  4. A co-active, relationship-focused approach that leverages proven tools

Team coaching represents an effective way to ‘move the dial’ for an entire team at once.
