OUR PROCESS
Though each project is customized based on the client’s needs and goals, our four-step process is the framework through which we identify and address challenges and opportunities to increase profitability and the effectiveness of their organization.

We begin with a mini or full-scale people, culture and, if appropriate, operational audit, depending on your needs and goals. This may include conducting interviews, surveys and/or focus groups, looking at policies and processes, and becoming familiar with your operations, in-house capabilities and, of course, culture.

Based on what we learn, we will make recommendations for implementation that will address your issues and achieve your goals.

We regularly provide implementation support for the strategies we develop. This can be done on a consultative basis or through full- or part-time interim assignments in Human Resources, People and Culture, Operations and Organizational Performance. Some organizations do, however, prefer to handle implementation in-house, making this step optional.
